Hi everyone! I have a 1999 Opel Corsa 1.0L with an intermittent high RPM problem. I replaced the idle air control valve on the throttle body about 6-8 weeks ago to repair a check engine light/rough idle problem. In the last week when I shift from 2-3, 3-4, or 4-5 and exceed 3,000 RPM the throttle occasionally sticks. I lubricated the linkage and the problem persists. Could this be a sign of a faulty idle air control valve or something else? Any advice is greatly appreciated.
